Fieldwork

  1. •Mark Twain Congregate Living / Enfield Adult Day Care Center, Enfield, Connecticut    

  2. ➡Created an occupational profile based on interview and results of Activity Card Sort and Current Occupational Profile assessments. Organized and led a quiz group. Conducted a house evaluation for a client with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for the nonprofit organization Rebuilding Together.

  3. •Governor’s Center (Skilled Nursing Facility),  Westfield, Massachusetts

  4. ➡Conducted Allen’s Cognitive Level (ACLS-5) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). Created an occupational profile based on assessment and evaluation and created and led a traveling chairs music group.

  5. •Holyoke Community Charter School  Holyoke, Massachusetts

  6. ➡ Observed occupational therapy sessions and classroom activities. Led one day of therapy sessions by conducting a shaving-cream art activity.
